Luis utilizes a comprehensive accounting system to track all transactions for both clients and tenants. Bank accounts are scrutinized in accordance with the Florida Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and monthly detailed statements are provided for each one of our clients to keep them up to date and make it easier with their tax preparation. If any maintenance was performed on the property, or other charges were incurred during the month, copies of the invoices are forwarded via e-mail at the end of the month. J. Luis direct deposits client′s monthly equity disbursements on the last business day of each month. This eliminates the possibility of lost items in the mail and the funds are immediately available in our client′s accounts several days quicker than mailing checks.
